Biographical / Historical

Olga Moore Arnold was born in Buffalo, Wyoming and worked as a reporter before moving to Washington, D.C. She worked for many years as a public relations specialist for the U.S. Information Agency. Arnold wrote several books, including Windswept, a novel set in Wyoming. She died in 1981.
