Biographical / Historical

Author Cliff V. Faulknor was born in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, on March 3, 1913. He served in the Canadian army during World War II and graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1949. He worked for various lumber companies,the British Columbia Forest Service, and from 1954 to 1975, he was associate editor of Country Guide, a national farm monthly magazine. In addition to publishing several books for young adults, he published several adult works, and was a columnist and short story writer.
