Biographical / Historical

Marc Harshman was born October 1, 1950, in Randolph County, IN. Harshman received a B.A. from Bethany College in 1973, an M.A.R. from Yale University Divinity School in 1975, and an M.A. from the University of Pittsburgh in 1978. He lives in West Virginia. Harshman has been a professional storyteller and picture book writer since 1978 and an elementary teacher in West Virginia since 1985.
