Biographical / Historical

Biographical Sketch of Tim EganTim Egan was born in Teaneck, New Jersey in 1957. He earned his BFA at the Art Center College of Design in 1982 in Pasadena, California. As an author and illustrator, he is known for his offbeat sense of humor and dignified animal characters. When he is not writing and illustrating children's books, he works as an art director and freelance designer at his studio in southern California. He lives with his wife, Ann, and their two sons.
