Biographical Sketch

Mary Hershey was born in California as the daughter of a high school teacher, and earned her M.A. in counseling and guidance. She has worked as a teen model, social worker, administrator for medical clinics, and has since written a number of books for young adults. Hershey currently lives in Santa Barbara, California.
