Biographical Sketch
Anne Ophelia Dowden was born September 7, 1907, in Denver Colorado. She became an artist and illustrator, specializing in botanical subjects. She has written under the names Anne Ophelia Dowden, and Anne Ophelia Todd (her maiden name).
