Includes work by Nancy Carlson, Steven Kellogg, Stephen Gammell, James Marshall, Marc Brown, Ann Jonas, Jerry Pinkney, Bruce Degen, Dennis Cazet, Trina Schart Hyman, Patricia Polacco, Dav Pilkey, Janet Stevens, Keiko Kasza, Lane Smith, Peggy Rathmann, Betsy Bowen, Debra Frasier, and David Small.

Biographical / Historical

The Metropolitan Library Service Agency (MELSA) is an alliance of the libraries from seven counties in the Twin Cities metro area. They provide coordination for events, programs, and work actively in the Summer Reading Program.
