The collection contains a corrected typescript for the novel Flucht, published in 1966 in German, which was later translated into English by Anthony Knight and published under the title Flight Toward Home in 1970.

Biographical / Historical
Wolfgang Ecke was born in November 1927 in Germany, and was a writer, best known for radio plays and works for young people. He died in 1983.
