Biographical / Historical

Tamera Will Wissinger was born and raised in Iowa. She earned a BA from Sioux Falls College in Sioux Falls, South Dakota and her MFA in Writing for Children and Young Adults from Hamline University in Saint Paul, Minnesota. She is the author of novels in verse, poetry, and picture books for children.
