Records of the OSIA Fedele Lodge No. 1469 (Seattle, Wash.) consist of a brief history of the Lodge; by-laws, amendments, and a Supreme Venerable's report from the national OSIA organization; and state and local records, along with some non-OSIA materials. State records include officers and delegate lists, correspondence, financial reports, and by-laws. Local materials include minutes of officers' meetings, meeting agendas, a list of venerables and presidents, correspondence, Casa Italiana minutes and correspondence, reports of the Easter Egg hunt committee, Mother's Day celebrations, reports of the outdoor lunchen committee, and financial reports.
