HISTORICAL SKETCH
The Ukrainian Knowledge Society of New York City, Inc., was founded in 1908 and charted in 1910. Its purpose was to unite the Ukrainian-Rusins residing in New York and the surrounding areas, and to provide financial aid in case of illness.
