Abstract

Photocopies of materials related to the programs of Radio Free Europe broadcast during the final years of the Soviet Union and the period of independence re-gaining by the Baltic states of Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia in the early 1990s. Press releases, reports, newspaper articles, largely collected by the Joint Baltic American National Council in Washington DC and deposited at the Latvian Studies Center of Janis Riekstins, Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
