Includes manuals, presentation slides, project information, data, reports and other information created and collected by Stacy Saunders while working for the YMCA of the USA from 1998 to 2019. The materials reflect Saunders's role providing leadership, training, and support to Y-USA Resource Directors and other specialists providing consulting services to local YMCAs around the United States. The materials include information about Y-USA consulting strategy, practices and the Service Delivery Institute and provide some insight into the operational areas that consultants focused on such as strategic planning, board consultation and leadership, financial management, diversity and inclusion, and risk management.

Biographical Note
Stacy Saunders was employed at the YMCA of the USA National Resource Office in Chicago, Illinois from 1998 to 2019. She began as a Research Associate. In 2002, she became a Consulting Services Director. She was promoted in 2005 to Consulting Services Manager. She became the Director of Resource Management in 2008 and stayed in this position until 2018 when she became the Senior Director of Resource Management- Service Delivery.
