The collection is composed of 45 black-and-white construction photographs of the Dunedin Terrace Public Housing Project, constructed by the St. Paul Housing and Redevelopment Authority from 1964 to 1966. Dunedin Terrace is located at 469 Ada Street. All photographs measure 4 x 5."

Historical Note
The St. Paul Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) serves at the city's development agency. The HRA was established by the Minnesota State Legislature in 1947, and its goal was to construct decent, safe housing for low income residents of St. Paul.
