The Andrews Hotel was erected in downtown Minneapolis in two phases by the H. L. Stevens Company. The first portion was completed in 1912 and a large addition was built in 1916. The hotel was a favorite of businessmen for many years. Late in its existence it housed a number of permanent residents. The building was demolished in 1986.
