The collection contains blueprints of an apartment building for the Eastern Finance Company, constructed on the corner of 15th Street and Vine Place in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Alexander Rose was the architect and engineer for the building.

Biographical Information

Alexander Rose was born in Crieff, Scotland in 1875. He was the architect for the "Buckingham Hotel" in Minneapolis and possibly the Commodore Hotel in St. Paul.
