Contains annual reports and materials from annual meetings, minutes from meetings of the Board and of the Executive Committee, various committee minutes and reports, and the confidential files of search committees for Music Directors.

This collection contains office records from the president of the Minnesota Orchestral Association.

Includes records for Minnesota Orchestra Music Directors: Skrowaczewski, Marriner, de Waart, Oue, and Vänskä. Materials in these files generally include office correspondence and calendars.

The general manager manages many activities of the organization, notably the artistic events. These records include personnel records, administrative files, and programming files from the offices of the general manager from the tenure of Boris Sokoloff through that of Robert Neu.
