Duluth Superior Harbors scrapbooks
During the time period 1901–1933 there were a number of proposed changes involving the Duluth–Superior Harbor. The scrapbooks included in this collection describe some of these activities.

Walter Joss Green papers
The collection contains letters from Mitchell and McClure Lumber to Walter Green including a contract as the captain of the tug Ada Barrett for the 1898 sailing season and two letters of reference; other letters concerning Green's work in the harbor; a memorial card for Walter Joss who is presumably Green's maternal grandfather; and citizenship papers.

Inman family papers
The collection contains business and personal correspondence,1894-1961; newsclippings concerning shipping and Hiram Inman, 1894-1968; photographs of family, friends and boats, 1893-1934; a sketchbook containing May Inman's sketches of boats and flowers, 1893-1894; and 5 scrapbooks.
Joint Interstate Bridge Commission records
The collection contains correspondence, minutes, reference materials, contracts, maps, blueprints and news clippings.
Ralph S. Knowlton papers
The collection contains a night school certificate, his father Perley S. Knowlton's death certificate, papers regarding settlement of his father’s financial business, Notary Public appointment certificate, letter of appreciation, and an article on the Duluth Superior Harbor.
Mining Inspection Tour film
The collection contains one 16mm, black and white, silent film (17 min.) of a 1936 mining inspection trip and tour conducted by U.S. Steel and Ford, Bacon, and Davis, Inc. The tour included Duluth, Minnesota and the surrounding area including the iron range.
Lyman E. Nylander photograph collection
The Collection consists of 5x7" and 8x10" black and white silver gelatin prints exposed and printed by Mr. Nylander. The images are primarily of Duluth street scenes, buildings, churches on the Iron Range, as well as military monuments and markers in Duluth and out East.
St. Lawrence Seaway scrapbook
The scrapbook consists of material related to "Seaway Days", which were celebrated in Duluth, Minnesota July 8-14, 1959 in recognition of the completion of the St. Lawrence Seaway.
United States Army Corps of Engineers, Duluth Office records
The collection contains correspondence, congressional reports and acts affecting the Duluth area, City of Duluth resolutions, project reports, bids, employee information, newspaper clippings, transcripts on harbor activities, and a scrapbook.
