Scope and Contents The collection consists of 1 photograph and 140 color slides of the Duluth Heights Winter Frolic. The neighborhood Frolic was held in February beginning in 1946. The black and white photograph is an outdoor shot of the seven queen candidates from 1954 wearing winter, wool or leather jackets, headscarves, and mittens.
