Aldobrando Piacenza papers
Papers (1951-1973) of Aldobrando Piacenza (1888-1976), an Italian American poet, painter, and folk artist from Chicago, Ill., contain articles about his art work and a short autobiography. Piacenza was born in Sant'Anna Pelaso and came to the United States in 1902. He lived in Chicago and Highwood, and worked as a gardener, store clerk, bakery employee, and owner of an ice cream parlor. His art work included elaborate bird houses.
Angelo DeLuca papers
Papers (1904-1987) of Angelo DeLuca (b. 1904), an Italian American poet from Phillipsburg, N.J., consist of articles; correspondence; legal documents; sheet music; drafts; illustrations; greeting cards; clippings;family financial records; and samples of DeLuca's poetry.
Antonino Crivello papers
Papers (1939-1965) of Antonino Crivello (1888-1969), an Italian American labor organizer and poet, comprise correspondence; drafts of his poetry; and some published material. Correspondence relates largely to the I.L.G.W.U., in which Crivello was a director of Local 144 in Newark, New Jersey and a representative for Local 25 in New York.

Papers (1918-1972) of Italian American peot and author Michelangelo Crisafi (1893-1972) consist of biographical materials; personal correspondence; reviews; writings; and clippings of poetry aby other Italian American poets. Crisafi used the pseudonymn Germoglino Saggio.
Nino Caradonna papers
Papers (1911-1980) of Nino Caradonna (1898-1980), a well-known Italian American poet, consist of correspondence; manuscripts; and miscellaneous papers. Correspondents include many Italian American writers and community leaders.

Vincenzo De Lalla papers
Papers (1927-1964) of Vincenzo de Lalla (b.1883) consist of correspondence with the Italian American poets and authors Arturo Giovannitti; Nino Caradonna; Cesare Crespi; Onorio Ruotola; and others. Many of the letters contain comments on literary works and discussions of political events. In the Ruotolo and Crespi folders, requests for financial support from de Lalla and expressions of gratitude for his support are important themes. Also included are six poems by de Lalla.
