Aili Bell papers
Two copies of the play "Misiska" by Aili R. Bell in Finnish and in English (translated by Richard A. Impola). The play, depicting the immigration and remigration of a Finnish woman, is set in Rock Springs, WyomingY in 1908 and in Savo, Finland in the 1930s.

Safira (Oksanen) Kallio papers
Safira (Oksanen) Kallio was born in Finland on April 12, 1894 and emigrated to the United States in 1913. She served as a local correspondent from Owen, Wisconsin for the Finnish American newspaper "Minnesotan Uutiset" (later, "Amerikan Uutiset"). Much of her poetry was published in the newspaper.

Sirkka Tuomi Holm papers
Collection consists of transcripts of four oral histories conducted by Sirkka Tuomi Holm with Anna Zellinger, Helga Wirta, Helmi Tusa, and Senja Jarvis, all in Baltimore, Maryland. Included are also photographs and five cassette tapes containing the recorded interviews. The histories describe life in Finland before emigration, accounts of the journey across the Atlantic and resettlement in the eastern states of the U.S.
