Duluth Barracks No. 2788
The records contain an alphabetical list of 59 members of Veterans of WWI from 1963, an application for charter with 22 signatures, and four letters seeking a charter and stating the group had ceased operations.
Duluth Board of Trade records
The Duluth Board of Trade records include information about the functioning of the Board of Trade from its inception in 1881 to the dissolution of the company in 1972.
Duluth Civilian Defense Council records
The collection contains correspondence, bulletins, publications, news clippings, scrapbooks, photographs, posters, personnel lists, and other reference materials from the war activities of the organization. The records were collected from a variety of sources, such as the Duluth Public Library, the War History Division of the Duluth Civilian Defense Council, and individuals. Parts of the collection, therefore, are sporadic and incomplete.
Duluth Community Action Program records
The collection contains materials from the Community Action Board. Nearly all items are photocopies.

The collection consists of articles of incorporation (1938, 1960), board and membership minutes 2/5/1929-4/3/1975, reports of annual meetings, a small amount of correspondence, newsletters (1971-1975), yearly attendance records (1953-1956), Project forms for various activities (1971-1974), and one copy of BREEZES From The Port of Duluth, official newspaper of the Duluth Jaycees Vol. 9, No. 6, January, 1960, that includes a "roster of presidents of this chapter since its founding in 1926."
Duluth Surgical Society records
The collection consists of yearbooks for the years 1935-1944 in nine bound volumes, lantern slides, and minutes.
Hubert V. Eva papers
The collection contains two speeches and two letters by Hubert Eva, letters to Eva, a resolution honoring him, and a muster-out roll for company A of the 14th regiment of Minnesota from September 30, 1898 to November 18, 1898.

Richard H. Hudelson labor history research collection
The collections contains research materials compiled to write Dr. Hudelson's book published by the University of Minnesota Press in 2006 titled By the Ore Docks: A Working People’s History of Duluth.
Interurban Academy of Medicine records
The collection consists of constitution and by-laws; a list of charter members dated 1894; minutes from 1894 -1929; correspondence and mailing list from 1945-1975; biographies, obituaries and clippings; historical accounts of medical developments in Duluth; and notes of member and officer, Dr. Karl W. Emmanuel from 1982 and 1983.

The collection contains membership ledgers, minute books, cash journals, convention proceedings, Secretary-Treasurer monthly reports, and financial records.
Knights Templar, Duluth (Minn.) records
The collection contains constitution and by-laws, 1887; membership list, 1892, of Duluth Commandery No. 18 Knights Templar, organized in 1885; and official program from the Seventieth Annual Conclave of the Grand Commandery Knights Templar of Minnesota held in Duluth in 1935.
Matinee Musicale records
The collection contains a complete series of administrative records including board minutes, annual reports, committee reports, financial statements, membership lists. The collection also includes publicity files, programs, photographs, scrapbooks and news clippings.
Morningside Friendship Club scrapbook
The collection contains one scrapbook of clippings, constitution and by-laws, membership list, snap shots of programs. Events include picnics, parties and refurbishment of the playground and club building.
National Organization for Women (Minnesota) records
The collection contains minutes, annual/chapter reports, membership list, correspondence, news releases, by-laws, legislative platforms, resolutions, committee proposals and minutes, state conference information, bus trips to the capitol, photographs, information from related organizations, miscellaneous, newspaper clippings, and oversized posters. Materials from both the Duluth, Minnesota chapter and the statewide, Minnesota, organization are represented in the collection.
Observation Community Club records
The collection consists of minutes, script and typed copy, from July 26, 1909–December 24, 1931; a brief history of the Observation Community Club; its constitution and bylaws; the constitution and bylaws of other community clubs in the city; and a list of names and officers of various community clubs in the city that were used as “contacts”.
Independent Order of Odd Fellows, Duluth (Minn.) records
This collection contains bylaws and directory, 1892 of Canton North Star No. 14, chartered in 1891; 1892 membership lists of the Duluth Lodge, No. 28, and Central Link Lodge,No. 175. Also included are Lodge No. 28's minutes, 1884-1901; their officer's roll call and committees appointed, 1905-1958; and correspondence, 1909-1921.
