14th Minnesota Volunteer Infantry Regiment records
The collection contains newspaper clippings, 1929–1948; photographs circa 1898, scrapbook with newspaper clippings,1887–1898; and two letters, 1889–1930.
Army YMCA records
The collection includes invoices, pamphlets, program information, leases and other materials involving the two Army YMCA branches at Fort Hamilton and Fort Totten in the 1950s though 1980s.
George G. Barnum, Sr. Civil War letters
The collection consists of letters from Barnum to his parents, sisters and brothers. Seven of the items are not written by George Barnum, Sr., of those seven, four are letters from George Stowits, one is called "general orders", one is called "general orders #66" and one is a "message to 24th corps from Major General John Gibbon."

Duluth Civilian Defense Council records
The collection contains correspondence, bulletins, publications, news clippings, scrapbooks, photographs, posters, personnel lists, and other reference materials from the war activities of the organization. The records were collected from a variety of sources, such as the Duluth Public Library, the War History Division of the Duluth Civilian Defense Council, and individuals. Parts of the collection, therefore, are sporadic and incomplete.
Erwin L. Goldfine papers
The collection contains two WWII scrapbooks titled "Service Record of Erwin L. Goldfine, U.S. Army, Vols. 1 and 2," which were compiled by Erwin's brother Monnie. Scrapbooks contain correspondence, photographs, articles from Jewish Fellowship News, and ephemera. Also included are loose photographs of the Goldfine family.

Records of YMCA work in Russia and the Soviet Union consisting primarily of correspondence among YMCA secretaries working in Russia, as well as correspondence and reports to YMCA leaders in the Unites States on matters relating to programs, relations with the Orthodox Church, finances, membership recruitment, and work with World War I soldiers and prisoners of war.
Reuel Harmon correspondence
The collection comprises correspondence (April 17, 1945-August 13, 1945) relating to the problems of Special Services Division, Army Service Forces, in supplying U.S. Army troops in the Pacific Theater with athletic and recreation equipment, reading material and libraries. Reports and requisitions are also included.

United States Christian Commission-related records
Reports, facsimiles of commissions and correspondence, and historical information about the United States Christian Commission, an organization founded by the YMCA to provide spiritual services to soldiers during the Civil War.
Richard F. Wagner papers
The collection contains four photograph albums; a "yearbook" from B Troop, 1st Squadron, 9th Cavalry of the United States Army; a diary with detailed entries for a few weeks followed by dates noting leaves and returns; and copies of military citations. The materials represent Wagner's service during the Vietnam war.
West Side YMCA photographs
Collected photographs, mostly black and white, from the West Side Branch of the YMCA of Greater New York. Now located on West 63rd Street, the West Side YMCA has operated a residential program from its opening in 1896 on West 57th Street. Many of the images were taken by commercial photographers such as Herbert-Spencer, Inc., Roy Pinney, Samuel H. Gottsho, Brown Brothers, D. Richard Statile and others.
William M. Forbes photograph albums and papers
Photograph albums documenting William M. Forbes's work in Europe as a YMCA physical director from 1919 to 1922 and some miscellaneous photographs, newspaper clippings, and other material related to Forbes's later work with Army and Navy YMCAs in the United States between 1923 and 1949.
William Sloane House YMCA photographs
Collected photographic images from the William Sloane House branch of the YMCA of Greater New York, located on West 34th Street in Manhattan. The bulk of the images are from the early days of the Sloane House in the 1930s and from the WWII era, when the YMCA partnered with the United Service Organizations to provide services to people in the armed forces.
