The collection contains minutes, annual/chapter reports, membership list, correspondence, news releases, by-laws, legislative platforms, resolutions, committee proposals and minutes, state conference information, bus trips to the capitol, photographs, information from related organizations, miscellaneous, newspaper clippings, and oversized posters. Materials from both the Duluth, Minnesota chapter and the statewide, Minnesota, organization are represented in the collection.

The collection consists of telegrams about the Nelson's Medal of Honor citation and family photographs.

Collected video (VHS), audio, film and photographic marketing and promotional materials used by the YMCA of Greater New York to publicize its programs and events. The collection also includes audio and video documentation of YMCA events such as General Assemblies, Dodge dinners and lunches, fund-raising events and radio and television broadcasts.

The collection includes two loose photographs of their local storefronts in Duluth and Superior, price cards, 1880 – 1916, and a newsletter to company employees.

The Collection consists of 5x7" and 8x10" black and white silver gelatin prints exposed and printed by Mr. Nylander. The images are primarily of Duluth street scenes, buildings, churches on the Iron Range, as well as military monuments and markers in Duluth and out East.

Linda A. Paulsen bought the Queen Anne style Alfred and Jane McCordic house at 2104 East Superior Street and converted it into a bed and breakfast enterprise called The Immigrant House. The papers relate solely to the house and its restoration.
