Matti Simi papers
Matti Simi (+Nov. 19, 1955) was a Finnish American actor. Collection consists of his autobiography covering his life up to 1944, and two photographs. Included is a letter from the donor, his daughter, to the IHRC.
Meadowlands Homestead records
One notebook containing handwritten lyrics to songs in Finnish, mostly folk and some socialist songs. According to the donor, Mr. Esko, the materials originated at a Finnish American homestead in the Meadowlands area near Duluth, Minnesota.

Collection consists of transcripts of four oral histories conducted by Sirkka Tuomi Holm with Anna Zellinger, Helga Wirta, Helmi Tusa, and Senja Jarvis, all in Baltimore, Maryland. Included are also photographs and five cassette tapes containing the recorded interviews. The histories describe life in Finland before emigration, accounts of the journey across the Atlantic and resettlement in the eastern states of the U.S.
