American Land and Timber Company records
The collection contains articles of incorporation, May 1911; minutes of the Board of Directors; an account ledger, 1911-1929; two cashbooks, 1911-1929; a tract book describing the land owned, its location, and the amount and quality of timber; and two maps of the area. Also included are stock certificates, 1919-1920.
Beaver Bay research file
The collection consists of outline and support research materials for application to “Research Grant for Beaver Bay”.
Brainerd-Cuyuna Mining Company records
The collection contains land leases, land lots and prices marked on township grid maps, description of the Brainerd-Cuyuna Mine and operating expenses.

Duluth Historic Resources Survey records
The collection consists of the field data gathered to constitute a survey and organized into the Final Report. This data consists of detailed information on buildings, sites and other cultural resources in the Duluth community.

Duluth Planning Department Real Property Survey maps
The collection consists of one volume of maps. The maps were produced through the Real Property survey of Duluth, Minnesota. Official project 65-71-6013. State no. 1-866. W.P.A. project nos. 1619 and 3390.

Great Lakes-St. Lawrence Tidewater Association records
The collection contains correspondence, pamphlets, publications, minutes, press releases, one photograph, newspaper clippings, articles, maps and miscellaneous reference materials. The records reflect the organic history of the Association and the history of the entire Seaway movement from the establishment of the Association to its demise in 1939.
Head of the Lakes Council of Government proceedings
The collection consists of by-laws, minutes, correspondence, and reports. It also includes one map produced in 1971 by the Council indicating projected land usage for the Duluth metropolitan area in 1985.

Henry H. Myers papers
The collection consists of two volumes, a business ledger and a business journal, covering the brief period of May 1908 to May 1915 that describe a portion of the Myers company’s activity.
Northern St. Louis County plat maps
The collection consists of plat maps for northern St. Louis County towns on the Mesabi Iron Range, and Coleraine of Itasca County and Proctor, Minnesota. The plats are the survey results of the Fire Underwriters Inspection Bureau of Minneapolis, MN.

Plat maps, northeast Minnesota
Contains residential and highway plat maps of Duluth and Northeastern Minnesota. The majority of the maps are of St. Louis County, but some also cover Lake, Carlton, Koochiching, and Cook counties.
