The collection consists of two items: a one page document from the Secretary of State, Mrs. Mike Holm, State of Minnesota, January 12, 1953, acknowledging recording the articles of incorporation of the Norwegian American League of Duluth; and a two page contract between the Norwegian American League of Duluth and sculptor John K.
